We ship out orders every weekday, Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays. If you place an order before 12PM PST, your order will ship the same day. However, if you missed our shipping cut off for the day, your order will be prepared and shipped out the following business day. We USPS Priority for all orders across the U.S.
Each customer will be emailed a copy of their order as well as the shipping tracking information as soon as we pack your order. If your tracking number does not work, please give it to the end of the day to update with the postal service. If you didn’t receive a tracking number or its not working after a few hours, please email or call our customer support team and we would be happy to assist you.
