Please send us an email with a picture of the following:

  • Shipment Packaging
  • Products
  • Order Packing Slip

As soon as we have these pictures to review, our customer service team will take a look and come up with a reasonable solution that will make everyone happy.

All of our products are backed with a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. Message our customer support team from the contact page, or send us an email with your order number and a brief description of what is wrong. Within 1 business day, your staff will reach out to you with a confirmation.

Please note, you may be asked to send back the products and if so, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label.

Mistakes happen, even for the postal workers. It is important that you dont throw anything away. Take a picture of the shipping packaging, the packing slip and the contents of your order. Once you have them, send our customer service team an email with a brief description and include your pictures. From there, our team can make a decision to best resolve the situation.

If you need to make a last minute change to your order or, update your address, send us a detailed email and or give our customer service team a call. The sooner you reach out the better as we work hard to process and ship out our customers orders as fast as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, there is not much we can do so it is important to make any changes before our shipping cut off of 12pm MST.

As we are a premium brand, we do not offer free samples without an order. You can request some samples during checkout by leaving a message in the order notes. Will happily add in a small sample of kratom to your order if they are available.

Providing our customers with Lab tested, quality products is our main focus. We have established amazing relationships with our suppliers in Indonesia, where are products come from. Kong Kratom follows the American Kratom Associations (AKA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards for all of our storing, handling and packing of our products in our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Each Batch of our kratom is lab tested for any impurities, contaminants and bacteria to make sure that all of our products are safe. By following these standards, we can make easily honor our 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Here at Kong Kratom, we ship out orders every weekday, Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays. If you place an order before 12PM MST, your order will ship the same day. However, if you missed our shipping cut off for the day, your order will be prepared and shipped out the following business day.

Each customer will be emailed a copy of their order as well as the shipping tracking information as soon as we pack your order. If your tracking number does not work, please give it to the end of the day to update with the postal service. You didnt get a tracing number or its not working after a few hours? Please email or call our customer support team and we would be happy to assist you.
